b. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all bookings. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
a. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will receive a full refund.
b. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
c. Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days.

a. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Conduct
a. Clients are expected to treat our drivers and staff with respect and courtesy.
b. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, abusive, or dangerous will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
c. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by their actions.
5. Liability
a. Archana Tour and Travels is not liable for any delays, accidents, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, or road closures.
b. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.
